Incubetr is a technology platform designed to connect founders, entrepreneurs, startups, mentors, incubators, accelerators, investors, service providers, and professionals.

Our platform facilitates networking, founder discovery, co-founder matching, startup collaboration, grant discovery, mentorship opportunities, and community engagement.

Incubetr acts solely as an intermediary technology platform and does not guarantee business success, employment, investment, funding, grants, or partnerships.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree not to share your password or permit unauthorized access to your account. Incubetr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised or are used in violation of these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully.

You must provide truthful information, respect the rights of other users, comply with applicable laws, and avoid any activity that could disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You shall not:

7. Founder Matching & Networking

Incubetr facilitates introductions and networking opportunities among founders, professionals, investors, and mentors.

We do not verify every user or guarantee compatibility, business outcomes, investments, employment opportunities, or successful collaborations.

Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before entering into any agreement or business relationship.

8. Grants, Funding & Investor Information

Information regarding grants, funding opportunities, investors, and government schemes is provided for informational purposes only.

Incubetr does not guarantee eligibility, approval, funding, investment, or successful applications. Decisions are made solely by the respective organizations or authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, content, graphics, user interfaces, databases, source code, branding, and other intellectual property displayed on the platform are owned by or licensed to Incubetr unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform.

By submitting content, you grant Incubetr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and use such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the platform.

You represent that you possess all necessary rights to upload such content.

11. AI-Powered Services

Certain services provided by Incubetr may rely on artificial intelligence to generate recommendations or suggestions.

Such recommendations are intended solely for informational purposes and should not be construed as legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Incubetr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Startup failures
  • Investment losses
  • Rejected grant applications
  • Disputes between users
  • Interruption of services
  • Loss of business opportunities

13. Suspension and Termination

Incubetr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in unlawful activities, or compromise the safety of the community.

Such action may be taken with or without prior notice where permitted by law.

14. Disclaimer

Incubetr provides technology services for networking and startup ecosystem development.

We do not provide legal, financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice. Users are encouraged to obtain independent professional advice before making business or investment decisions.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to the Terms

Incubetr may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
